Refund policy

Returning unopened supplements

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unopened supplement with its original seal intact. Opened, used or partly consumed supplements are ineligible for a standard return. If an item arrived with a problem, follow the product issue process below.

Request a return

Contact Serray Homes or email help@serrayhomes.store with your order number and the item you want to return. We cover postage on eligible returns and will provide the return instructions and the correct address. Please wait for those instructions before sending the item.

Processing your refund

We process eligible returns within 2–4 business days of receiving them. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Wrong item, damaged packaging, broken seal, leakage or expiration

Contact our team promptly if the item is wrong, damaged, leaking, unsealed or expired on arrival, or if you have a product quality concern. Do not use a product with a broken seal or signs of damage. Include your order number and, if available, photos of the packaging and its lot and expiration details. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution and any return instructions.

For earlier orders, the terms that applied when you purchased still apply. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.
